This application is grounded in three psychotherapeutic frameworks, primarily utilizing Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS) while also integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Psychology, adapting to the user’s conversational cues. Seekr aims to foster a personalized digital environment that encourages self-discovery and self-love, both of which are recognized as essential elements of mental health.

In a landscape where awareness around mental health is continually evolving, particularly within Black communities, Seekr strives to dismantle stigmas by providing a secure and discreet platform.
